Cheap pipes?

Hello!

I am wanting to make a craft project and I need to buy some pvc pipes with their fittings. They're not that cheap in hardware stores (at least to me), do any of you have tips on how to get some cheap ones? I have a limited budget and I will need about 2-3m pipe for the first project and 8 Tees and two couplings.

It is a good idea to use cheap pipes according to me because few years back I installed some branded pipelines in my house, but really I don't know why they all got damaged. the plumbing and fitting inside my house was also good. hence, I again done fitting but now with cheap pipes and they are  working well.
