I am sitting the exam in June and I need to find the Doyle's books. And the Branz book.
Where do I find these? In Christchurch?
Today?

For the Branz book call 04 237 11 70, If you require the Doyle's books these can be ordered by any book store for you. We will have all these publications and more available on our shop very soon. http://www.plumbers.co.nz/shop/trade all the best with the exams!

Hey Plumber

Great site.

Now lets start a revolution :-)

Thank you Kiwichris! I'm in the same boat and will support you guys as much as I can! We are getting many emails from new generation plumbers that thank us for this platform and especially for the comments made by our users, its very encouraging for them to see they are not alone and that many out there feel the same way. I always look forward to your support and comments in the future!

Update on this board, we are working on completing our trade shop where all standards can be purchased at very good rates. Please have a bit more patience with us, working on getting it done asap!

Yeah I go on this website just as much as the board one, shows the gap in their material and how out of touch they are with the frontline of our community.

i dont visit the pgdb site unless i have to...there site dont hold as much useful information as this one does and here when you ask a question you get an answer and pretty quick at that when you ask the board a question you just get f***ed around with no clear answer and just like the local councils what someone tells you could be completley diffrent from what is actually required...for example i asked the board a question like 4 weeks ago requesting a simple answer i got a quick first response saying it would be passed to the legal team and now nothing from them how rude and arrorgant im thinking...we would be out of bussiness in a jiffy if we treated our coustomers like this dopey board treats us!.

I hear that Thunder - reminded me 3-4 yrs ago same thing, asked the board a few questions re unlicensed work, was forwarded to legal - chased it up 2/3 times before giving up...

dont bother wasting my time anymore...           I guess if it was something serious enough then I would - their actions or lack there of at the time made it clear those sorts of issues weren't serious enough
