Dear plumbers.co.nz community as you have noticed plumbers.co.nz has become a very high spam targeted website. Please view the following link explaining how and why. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forum_spam

In a nutshell, the more popular a website is the more spam targeted it will become. We are continually upgrading safety and spam assassin software but the more we upgrade the more spammers come up with new ways and ideas to bypass these securities, unfortunately there is no 100% defense against it and must be audited by a "human". We endeavor to pick up spam posts as quick as possible and delete all the associated accounts and posts straight away.

We would like to thank many of our members for reporting obvious spam posts over the years and for helping us keep this very important source of information as clean as possible. Please keep it up!

If you see a post with a signature or URL that links to an external Website this is most likely to be 90% spam, REPORT IT!

Hey Thunder - see the "report to moderator" link at the bottom of each post - just hit that, a white box comes up - type in SPAM and hit send.
