hi guys, (I wonder if the photocopier is actually owned by a Board member or one of the staff) now that would be worth checking out is there a way to do this? if it could be found that , that is the case whamo they are gone, cheers

Nothing would suprise me Robbo, what sort of photocopier could you buy for $150 000.00 (and after 5 years you'd still have it)..........renting one for that cost is just nuts.

Put in an Official Information request on who supplies the lease for the diamond studded copier.

What sort of building could you build for nearly 2 million bucks (and you would still be left with the building after the lease was up, not just a pile of expensive rent recipts).

They spend money like.....well like they don't have to earn it and there is an unending bottomless pit of cash at their disposal....hey wait there, that is exactly like it is......acting with impunity because they are protected by biased policy and the mis-used Act.
You can't choose who you are.....but you are the sum of your choices.......

Sorry I exaggerated, its a bargin at only........

1. Office premises at 70 The Terrace, Wellington. The lease is for nine years from 1 April 2008. Rent
reviews are three yearly. Present annual rental is $145,444 plus GST.
2. A photocopier lease of five years from 15 August 2010. Present annual rental is $29,700 plus GST.

Hi guys,
(No one has ever done well by ignoring the mistakes of the past..) Badger what a great statement that is and very true, but the board does not want to `look back`,i wonder did they see the future and the `Federation` being formed? i think not, also to their detriment, cheers
