At the first meeting of each year, the Board must elect one of its members to be its chairperson, and another to be its deputy chairperson.

Perhaps it's time some of the Board members grew a couple of big ones and exercised their right to appoint a new Chairperson and deputy as the incumbents appear to have lost their credibility along with the Registrar.

I would say if this doesn't happen then the entire Board and Registrar should go as it shows they are not prepared to change.
