aussie plumbers as good as us kiwis???

went to a job today done by a fully licenced australian plumber who just came from over the ditch:

on a new hot water cylinder installation connected to a wetback and a new woodfire he:

He Teed the cold from BEFORE the pressure reducing valve staight to the tempering valve above it
and this i think which was the cause of the exaust overflowing on to the roof!

this leak also went thru the flashing arount the exaust sleving and down the cupboard and saturated the entire cupboard!!!

not only tha but the top wetback return pipe was falling the incorrect way to the cylinder from the fire!!!

:o :o :o :o

obviously these ausses are not as good as us kiwis at either plumbing or rugby!!!,

will post photos up of this cylinder soon!

Keep in mind Australia is frigen hot most of the time, he probably had barely seen or heard of a wetback, most likely only in his training, he should have put his hand up for help. They seem to be fairly switched on though, not sure why he'd move to NZ from oz....haha

Not all aussie plumbers are the same just like you kiwis......there are those that are good at their field, maybe that one you got are not really good but that doesn\t mean that all aussie are like him   :o
