Received a letter telling me I don't have enough points for next years renewal. I previously had enough but the amount required seems to have changed. Whats going on, when did this change?
I have phoned the Board and am waiting on a reply because two weeks ago I had several staff showing sufficient points and then they received letters on the weekend that advised they had insufficient points and when I checked again on Monday the screen information had changed. I am perplexed and waiting on a call back to advise what has happened. I would be interested to hear if there are others out there who have experienced the same problem. I'm buggered if I know what has happened.

ditto jax - also found out that unit standard credits are only going to be given as face value for cpd points.....
its a joke - how can 10 unit standard credits which equals 100hrs study time only be given 10cpd points which equals 10hrs study time?
wheres the equality and parity?!?
They are just making it up as they go along. What is in place now will change at any given time on any wonderfull idea someone has. I doubt if ANY of our companys drainlayers have enough points as they have no way of getting them, apart from piggybacking on any thing provided for us plumber/ gasfitters. They also get drug tested, maybe the board should be :)
