(a)  State the purpose of a wing wall for a storm water intake or outfall.

(b)  Describe TWO different situations where wing walls may be installed.

where do we find information in regards to wing walls

Wing walls are specified by either engineers, councils or manufacturers. They are manufactured to NZS 3109:1997 and 3114:1987. For more info I would recommend getting a spec from your council. Will help with study! see attached file Good luck
