(b)   Poor ventilation in confined spaces may create hazardous situations. One result of this
could be asphyxiation.
(i) Explain how asphyxiation occurs. lack of oxygen to the body
(ii)   State TWO symptoms of asphyxiation. blueing of lips fingers (cytosis) and no breathing (obviously)
(iii)   State TWO effects of asphyxiation. death and severe brain damage
