Did you get the email today from the PGDB talking about the "random" 400 stakeholders that will be contacted by NBR to give opinons on the service levels etc.  If anyone on this forum is selected it would be interesting to know what the questions are like and what feedback was given.  How big a sample is 400 amongst the stake holders.  Presumably this group is license holders and may extend to industry groups and perhaps consumers?  I wonder how much it costs?  I would have thought the Board were getting plenty of feedback on their services at the current time.  Maybe they don't understand what we are saying to them....

There's nothing like paying out several thousand dollars to get opinions - then type them up in a "report" and suddenly they gain validity.  At the moment we can all have an opinion - either for free via email, or with a 60 cent stamp!  We could save the Board thousands of dollars and do NBR out of a job by simply sending in a letter outlining what we like and what we don't.  Perhaps people could come up with some ideas and we could post a poll on here and give the results to the Board....
