The PGDB is finally waking up to the problems that should have been adressed years ago.

I do wonder tho, how much our fees will go up to pay for 2 detectives. I also hope that they might finally allow anonymous reporting of unlicensed plumbers etc. when you live in a small town, no-one can afford to dob people in or you lose work over it.

I have downloaded the new app and they will require your name for a complaint. i am not suggesting that silly complaints be looked at, but those where good proof is provided should be taken seriously if anonymous.

No reason why they cant have it like worksafe where details are kept anonymous to the perpetrator

I recently used the new app to lodge a complaint - and will keep you posted as to the outcome.

So far, emails have been going backward and forward for the past month and nothing much else has happened  ;D  Try and phone one of the investigators - you will always get a answerphone, and if you leave a message no one will ever return your call.

The complaint I laid was serious - has serious repercussions and needed to be rectified immediately as there was serious risk of harm to the homeowner - and was against a registered plumber - and no, I was happy to use my name as the complainant.

It would be interesting how connected the guy is....if he is in the click....
