Hey there, just wondering how everyone got on with the gas exam, im a little guttered as I just come up short, getting 55. Marked it on the hard side, good sorts, heres a question "Give TWO methods of protecting from physical damage a gas meter that is to be installed in a vehicle access area."

Has anyone been for reconsideration and is it worth it???

Jayp - how about a cage around it and the other one is to install bollards.

Shocking mate, over $1200 to go to work.... was a time you were paid to work, now, thanks to the PGDB in their skyscraper, expensive defunct computer system, free trips to Melbourne, big wages.....and we pay to go to work?

Really happy for you though, good on ya.

hi guys/Rozda, beer money for the board what a joke.   when i was an apprentice it cost nothing, companys would give rewards for passing exams, gift vouchers/tools etc, does that still happen i think it should, cheers

Jaxcat

We still reimburse the exam fees on a pass mark.   :)
