Perhaps we have been giving too little thought to the strengths of our accountants. Maurice seems to be having trouble deciding if anyone should  be held to account for the CTV building collapse in ChCh. He could ask these guys for some advise in deciding a penalty. Nobody died yet the guy still got fined.

I was thinking more along the lines of the idiot who stole another engineers qualifications and called them his own.  Was definitely not thinking of extra fines for hard working plumbers.
