Ok Guy I need some help

A mate called me up and asked if I can find some parts for his shower as they went missing somewhere along the line, he sent me a picture and I have to admit I have never come across this one before I would imagine its from the 80s but anyone can help with at least a make it would be a start

looks like a hansa brand one that p/w used to sell. good luck trying to find parts :(
