Hi I was wanting to know if I can use a 7.6m reducing valve in a 3.7m line and adjust the pressure through the adjusting screw,

Yes that should be possible, you can reduce the pressure as required. Strongly recommend a registered plumber does the job though. There are several things that must be met to ensure the tank does not crack in-case the settings are wrong.

Yes, you can use  7.6 m reducing valve in a 3.7 m line and adjust the pressure through the adjusting screw. The plumbing inside your house must be good and it should bear the pressure. If all the conditions are satisfied, use can modify that.
