In todays paper there is a story about a guy fibned $2k for plumbig without a license. How come the fines are so small when you are not a plumber masquerading as a plumber, but when you are a plumber who makes a minor mistake you get fined so much more than that??  Can the Board please explain that

It cost me 100's of 1000's of dollars, mostly because I would not say I was guilty of something that I wasn't and I had tried to warn about it for 6 years....then that Bastard Kern Uren sent letters to my customers implying I did some thing I didn't......real feckin fair aye......


I should have not got licenced in the first place and just flew under the radar for as long as I could, then pay $2000.....utter bullshit, by corrupt and incompetent bastards.

You do the right thing and get screwed....you act dodgy and your sweet as.....nice one dickheads, way to help the industry.

AND WE FINANCE THE INSPECTORS, LAWYERS, THE BOARD AND THEIR CRONIES....AND ALL THE INVESTIGATIONS.......EVEN FOR NON LICENCE HOLDERS

AND WE LET THIS CONTINUE......?

Perhaps it is us that are the dickheads for allowing it. Very Sad indeed.
