Pipes leading from toilet to outside

put a tin flashing around the pipe going through the wall and its fine. cost $5.00, 15mins of plumber/drainlayers time.

Vent is compliant, a larger vent actually helps you ventilate your drain more effectively. But what would I know.

if your withholding $5000 over this thats pretty harsh

to the OP - that toilet connection is fine - as Rodza said all it needs is the penetration flashed or sealed up.
