I don't think you will get a spreadsheet from the PGDB on what each Board member is paid, it will depend on how many meetings they turn up to, I presume those on the Disciplinary Committee get more as they attend more meetings, but I am sure they get $400 per Board meeting, with the Board Chair getting more (as it perfectly normal practice on any Board).  Mr Bickers won't be getting $300 per hour as he gets for his consultancy business, there will be scheduled rates for Board members and the Chair minuted an agreed to by the Board.  Compared to Board's of private companies they are paid very little (and before everyone has a hernia - you wouldn't expect them to get Board fees any higher than those paid).  So - some could say Mr Bickers doesn't need this Chairmanship if he can get $300 an hour in his consultancy business (and I don't know if that is true or not) - but he would be losing money the days he attends Board meetings then. 

I think some of the confusion has been that Mr Routhan was the Board Chair and then bingo!  Overnight one night he went from Board Chair to Registrar/CEO complete with employment contract, and then Bingo! again, the entire PGDB was removed by the Minister.  So the figures paid to Mr Routhan were related to his full time employment as the Registrar/CEO.  Usually the "bands" of payment are made available to the public not the actual salary so they may say they have x number of people in the $100,000 - $120,000 etc - this should be in the annual report.  It will also list Board expenses too and may show Board fees (as a group total, not individuals).  You may be able to get individual Board payments under the OIA - they will also be taxed secondary tax on it all too.
