Plumber,

I have just spent the last hour or so trying to downlaod these documents (there appears to be no place to put a comment on the threads) and the documents load but because they are in a zip format my computer is unable to open these files. IS there a possibility of getting these put on as docs. or some other words of advice so I can download them and use them for my exams???

Hi Crox nut,

to open the zip files please download a zip programme such as winzip or winrar. you can download the trail version here
http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm or simply google "winzip"

once you unzip the files you will find word documents or images of exam answers.

Its easier to use the zip file because it contains many files and saves you the trouble having to download them one by one, hope this helps.
