You can check to see if a person is authorised by searching our online public register) unless as i said the inspector knows of someone who will sign it off for a bottle of whiskey which did happen i have the info, I mean this inspector needs the board to have words with him. If anyone in authority wants to follow up on this, i have the information, cheers
